WE NEED TO REACH OUT TO M.A.C & AMY'S FAMILY!
Hey to all my fabulous AWFM supporters,
We hit over 2,000 signatures three days ago and now we are at 2.1K! Thank you all so much for supporting this petition and showing your love for Amy getting her own inspired makeup line. But even though MAC have contacted saying they are listening, THE SUCCESS OF THIS CAMPAIGN DEPENDS ON YOU - HONESTLY!
Can we PLEASE ALL WORK HARD TO GET TO 5K by February 2019?
3 months later after starting this, MAC is still giving fans the "We are listening" or "We have taken it into future consideration." We need to make MAC do this for our angel and realise how much of a fashion icon she is as well as the music! We must change this! It is down to everyone flooding MAC and standing up for what is right.
THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A MAKEUP LINE! This is about celebrating the life of a remarkable female artist that moved us, who tragically left us too soon. An artist that changed the music industry and made so many across the world connect with her. That's what this whole honour of a MAC collection for Amy Winehouse has always been for - this is the heart of it.
Changing MAC's Opinion: LETS FIGHT FOR AMY AND GET HER THIS LINE!
1. Tweet @maccosmetics , IG comment @maccosmetics : Ask them when the Amy Winehouse collection is coming out, because it has been 3 months and we want this! Don't take their basic response , keep pushing for a real answer!
2. We've tried reaching Mitch (Amy's father) but he has been silent on all social media accounts. If you want to know where we stand and follow him, ask him kindly about the status of Amy Winehouse For MAC and what we can do to make it happen! Also, message the Amy Winehouse Foundation and ask them about the makeup line!
3. POST, TWEET, SHARE YOUR POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA! The POWER is OURS and it is IN BEING SEEN. Make sure to "@maccosmetics" use #AmyWinehouseForMAC, #AmyWinehouseFoundation and #MACCosmetics so MAC and the foundation sees us!
4. Keep getting everyone you know to sign and share the petition!
