The Issue
On 27 November an LMD Grab & Skip Hire Ltd lorry skidded and destroyed 132 feet of fence and 12 fence posts of the perimeter of our Sun Valley Kennels. We are Celia Cross Greyhound Trust - a small independent registered charity .
Not only did they failed to report the damage, once identified and contacted they
- promised to fix it & didn’t
- promised to pay for the repair & didn’t
- are now dodging contact from their insurance company to resolve an insurance claim.

They owe us £1277 - which is equivalent to a month’s food bill for the kennels whilst only representing less than 1% of the value of LMD Grab & Skip Hire’s assets - according to their most recent accounts available on the Companies House web site
