Update: 14th February 2020

I have emailed the petition to the Romanian Prime Minister Mr Ludovic Orban.  We will ALL have to wait and see the outcome, and of course, I will post any communication in an update here as soon as I am in receipt of any contact.
All we can hope for now is that for once, the poor dogs across the whole of Romania will be allowed to live the life they were meant to live.
