Please see below, this is the content of the email to Prime Minister Ludovic Orban. Again, I would like to thank you ALL for caring so much about the poor dogs in 'modern day' Romania, and like all of you I hope this petition carries out what it has been prepared for, and for once all dogs in Romania will have the chance of life they all so badly deserve!!
I will keep you all informed of the petition's progress with update(s) here as and when I know anything more:

Aveți vreo intenție să luați măsuri pentru a diminua populația de câini vagabonzi din țara dumneavoastră, într-o manieră umană, în locul metodelor barbare de ucidere folosite în prezent? De asemenea, susțineți singura metodă viabilă de control al câinilor fără stăpân, care este castrarea si sterilizarea de catre veterinari profesionisti,de preferinta supravegheati de voluntari ai ONG de protectie a animalelor?
Cu siguranță, câinii nevinovați sunt persecutați doar pentru un singur motiv, și aceasta este recompensa financiară pentru fiecare primarie ? Nu costă nimic pentru a strangula, a bate la moarte etc. un câine care, fără nici o vină, este pe stradă, fiind născut pe stradă sau abandonat de proprietarii iresponsabili și acei proprietari care pur și simplu nu își pot permite să plătească noile cheltuieli de la o lege care a fost făcută pentru a face populația de câini vagabonzi chiar mai rău. (Mai mulți bani pentru primarii orașelor).
Atât de mulți oameni sunt conștienți de “discursul”politicienilor din țara dvs. Îmbunătățiți imaginea politicienilor din țara dvs. prin elaborarea unor noi legi pentru a depăși situația câinilor fără stăpân, în cazul în care câinii trebuie uciși, cel puțin folositi metode umane (injecție letală) dacă este absolut necesar; și să vă împrieteniți cu acei oameni din țara voastră care doresc să-i ajute pe câini să nu-i vadă că sunt torturați și abuzați de câștigul financiar al politicienilor români. România are acum fonduri UE și dacă administrarea ar fi corectă si competenta de către primarii români ar contribui la atenuarea problemelor câinilor fără stăpân.

Do you intend to take steps to reduce the population of stray dogs in your country, in a human way, instead of the barbaric killing methods currently used? Also, do you support the only viable method of controlling dogs without a master, which is the castration and sterilization by professional veterinarians, preferably supervised by volunteers from animal protection NGOs?
Surely innocent dogs are persecuted for only one reason, and is this the financial reward for each mayor? It costs nothing to strangle, beat to death, etc. a dog who, without any guilt, is on the street, being born on the street or abandoned by irresponsible owners and those owners who simply cannot afford to pay the new expenses from a law that was made to make the population of stray dogs even worse. (More money for city mayors).
So many people are aware of the "speech" of the politicians in your country. Improve the image of the politicians in your country by developing new laws to overcome the situation of dogs without a master, if the dogs must be killed, at least use human methods (injection lethal) if absolutely necessary; and to make friends with those people in your country who want to help the dogs not to see them being tortured and abused by the financial gain of the Romanian politicians. Romania now has EU funds and if the administration were correct and the competence of the Romanian mayors would help to alleviate the problems of dogs without a master.
