Update to email sent to HSI 23rd March 2019

Please find below a reply to the email sent to HSI (Humane Society International) on the 23rd March 2019.  Not really what we all wanted sadly, however I do understand why, and they can only do so much to help.  I have replied to Joellen thanking her for the reply, and thanks again to you ALL for your support, and please keep signing and sharing:  

Dear Mr. Martin,

Thank you for your email messages to Humane Society International (HSI) and concern for dogs in Romania.

As much as we do not want any animal to suffer, unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to extend our dog and cat welfare programs to Europe at this time. Our current dog and cat welfare work focuses on Asia, Africa and Latin America.

As you can imagine, we receive so many requests to share petitions than we could ever accommodate so, we generally don't share or promote outside petitions.

Thank you for all you do for animals.
