This petition is struggling

The original aim of this petition was to try and protect every poor dog in 'public shelters' across the whole of Romania. Yet this petition has only 5,500 signatures. A recent petition to help save the poor dogs in one 'public shelter' in Breasta, Romania has hit 30,000 signatures in no time at all. I simply cannot understand why this petition is struggling to find any more momentum? It is great news about the Breasta signatures, and I am truly happy that it is doing so well. I honestly thought when I started this petition that it would do so much better than it is doing now. As I previously mentioned, this petition is here to help ALL the dogs in Romania, and not just one 'public shelter'. So, I ask you PLEASE to support this petition strongly to give every Romanian dog a chance of the life it deserves. If this petition fails then ALL dogs in Romania do not stand any chance - please HELP, thank you. Russ
