UPDATE: 5,000 Signatures

First, thank you everyone for signing this vital petition that I started on the 16th March 2018. We have reached 5,000 signatures in this time, however many more are needed to make an impact on the Romanian government's vile behaviour concerning the poor dogs in their country. I ask that all people once you have signed; is to SHARE the petition and in doing so will help more signatures be gained to help stop the terrible plight of beautiful and sentient dogs in Romania.
