Getting towards mid-March. I was meaning to post an update earlier but I wasn't able to get to it until now. We currently have 55 signatures. We need 45 until 100. I plan on sending emails to decision makers I could email, of whom are Representative Maxine Waters of California, Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez of New York, and Senator Ted Cruz of Texas. Remember to do what you could to share. It does seem like I have a lot to do besides this, so I am not focusing on sharing all the time and makes it more likely to get this done if it doesn't seem like I'm the only person sharing. I do see the new feature that Change.org is doing by providing links to groups on social media to share with. That might not be enough, so it might be good if you all share with groups as well

Former president Benjamin Harrison died on this day in 1901. He was president between Grover Cleveland's nonconsecutive 2 terms. Yesterday was Mitt Romney's birthday. He was governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007, Republican candidate for President in 2012, and Senator from Utah from 2019 to 2025. He decided not to run for reelection for Senate as he cited we need new leaders.
