Today is Lunar New Year. The animal for this year is the snake and the element is wood. Next year, Lunar New Year will be on February 11. Today seems to be a cultural day.

Today RFK Jr. will have confirmation hearings for being Secretary of Health and Human Services. I feel like he could be a good choice since he is dedicated to children's health and he tries his best to improve it. His stances on vaccines and abortion seems more controversial but he still seems like an alright candidate.

Today is also William McKinley's birthday. He was born on this day in 1843 in Niles, Ohio. He served as president from 1897 to his death in 1901. He served as governor of Ohio from 1892 and represented Ohio in the U.S. House of Representatives before then.

We haven't gained a single signature since I last updated on Monday. In order for this to have a chance, we need thousands, best if there's tens or hundreds of thousands. We should have at least 100 now but we haven't scratched 50 yet. We need 3 more to have 50. Remember to do as much as you can, like sharing or leaving a comment or even promoting if you have the funds as promoting helps get the petition outside the groups.
