Today in 1942, Joe Biden was born. He is currently president and was vice president under Obama and served 36 years in the Senate representing Delaware. Since he is currently president, I feel like he could try to set the stage for a 28th amendment now but I know we might not have enough signatures to get his attention before Trump’s inauguration. I do want to get 50 signatures before Thanksgiving and 100 by New Years and I plan on emailing who I put down as decision makers, including the president (though the president doesn’t have to sign it to become law).
