As of late we have had numerous strikes from key workers passed and present regarding pay, working conditions etc

The Government have only so much money they can pass onto sectors,  but this will only increase inflation! I feel a way forward would be to select key workers; NHS workers, Teachers,  Fire Services and Police to have their Taxes reduced from 20% (people earning upto £50,270) down to 10% thus giving those more money without the need to increase salaries freeing up additional revenue to employ.
