HB1645 which will give governance of GRU to a 5 person board. This board will be appointed by the Governor, only after public nominations. This board will be comprised of a customer that is outside of the city of Gainesville, a customer who is a big user (like business owners) using 10,000 kWh or more a month, and three that have expertise in one of the following or like: Finance, Accounting, Law, Energy, Utility etc.
