This petition is set to overturn the charges of Damion’s death from reckless driving to involuntary manslaughter. On June 7th, Damion was hit off his motorcycle, resulting in his death. LC Sheriff’s only found it in their hearts to charge the individual that caused this as simply a reckless driving incident. We know that’s incorrect!! INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER is all i see & want you to see too. He had the right of way!! Yet it didn’t go his way. I know a life for a life is not right; even if it wasn’t intentional, but justice must be served for my brothers life. Whether you knew him or not, show your love by being the change Damion wanted to see in the world. Again i ask for as much as possible, for the sanity of his mother/family, & all the lives he was able to bless during his time of life.
