Teachers who commit certain forms of sexual abuse allowed to keep their licences

Clearly we need a separate enforcement agency to enforce the law. As one of the abused for speaking up and being kicked out of the teaching profession, I can tell you I suffered nothing compared to the men and woman abused by people in authority. Over seven First Nation boys who were molested by Ralph Rowe committed suicide. For woman the numbers are even more outrageous.
