Serena McKay is a victim even after her Brutal Beating to Death

Why are we not enforcing the Canadian Criminal Code of Canada? The criminal code is very clear that people who contribute to a death or participate in the death of another human being is committing a criminal code offence. Why is this case and so many like it not having the Criminal Code Enforced or at the very least investigated? Please consider signing this petition to stop the exploitation of this young girl's death. Should a social worker, professional organization, business, school administrator or any one in authority ignore their obligation to protect children be held accountable? How many other young girls were beaten up by these two woman who beat this girl to death? It is time victims have the same rights as criminal in Canada. Speak up or be part of the problem. Apparently two young woman under the age of legal adulthood brutally murdered this young girl, who encouraged these young girls to do such a terrible act? What did the people in authority do to allow this to happen? We will never know when people in authority are allowed to ignore their obligation to protect young people, or victims of professional abuse.
