"Who Killed Jane Doe #59" Fifth Estate, Please help Canadian Victims of Crime!

I wrote this on the CBC Web site because all victims should be treated with respect and dignity. They featured the death of a very attractive young Canadian woman brutally murdered in the US. I asked them to review this petition to help resolve the issues contained in the Document. ........... Having been a (Volunteer) Justice of the Peace hearing over 1,000 cases (1978-82), having help establish Crime Stopper Programs in Dawson Creek BC, establishing one of the First School Crime Stoppers programs in Ontario, helping close down Residential Schools in the Northwest Territories and helping establish the Canadian National Crime Prevention Council, I can assure you that what I am going to suggest is very very serious. And yes I was the teacher kicked out of the teaching profession by the Ontario College of Teachers because I protested repeat sex offenders being allowed to teach their victims and or their families. This victim you features in this program was a beautiful person and most likely the reason why you picked this case to profile rather than the thousands of cases of lost and missing people in and from Canada. I dare you to review the attach petition and do something besides capitalize on the death of a beautiful innocent young person. It is time we fixed problems that allows the death of thousands of Canadians. Or you could capitalize your programs on the hearts of dear family members as featured in this program.
