The FBI is in Belize investigating the deaths of a Canadian-American couple found dead last week.

The Kidnapping, Criminal Treatment of this couple and brutal Murder speaks to this Petition in screams of terror. Canada needs to protect and recognize Victims with an Independent National Police Force Special Victims Unit to investigate thousands of cross jurisdictional Criminal Code Offenses, Lay Charges, and have the authority to make recommendations to help victims.
