Letter to Florida Government

Thank you all for your continued support in asking for change in Florida's Free Kill Law. Since I began this journey we have made leaps and bounds of progress, but the battle is staged to be lengthy. Debbie Sowden of www.unspokenvoice.org and our friend Rolando have acquired the support of House Representative Cortes to write a bill asking for this horrible law to be changed. We still need the support of a Senator. I have started a website called Dad's Daisies in honor of my father's wrongful death. On this page I have drafted a letter (you may revise and make it your own if you wish). When you enter your name and send this letter it goes to ALL of our Senators and House Representatives asking for their support. The attention we get from this is highly valuable. The government in our state needs to know what we want and in order to hear us, they must receive many letters to know that MANY of us want this change. Lets bring the power of the people's voices uniting, with a few short clicks. Currently we are the ONLY state where a hospital killing a human being is 100% legal. They claim that insurance will go up (hasn't it already). Yet insurance is REALLY up because many of these politicians are getting PAID to keep this law in place (Proof and research in hand).
