I am a proud New Zealander, as today I heard that single use plastic bags are being banned! Great, step in the right direction. 

As a long time Londoner also, I will once again send my petition results on to The Mayor of London and my local MP in the hope, to also get disposable  single use plastic banned in London. 

This summer I have noticed the plastic straw is vanishing fast from cafes, shops and bars. With alternative reusable or biodegradable options being offered.  This is super positive! 

As a consumer we have the power to make changes through our choices. 

Reduce Waste.

First powerful choice is to - Refuse.

Question... Is it Reusable?  

Can it be Recycled?
