Nearly there! 105 signatures to go. Thanks so much.

It's been just over a week. The cafe owners have not heard anything from the landlords who are fully aware of this petition.

As promised I will engage with them once this petition reaches 1000 signatures. Only 105 to go.

As the warmer weather approaches and more ventilation will be required, I hope they have their tables back at some point in June. The walk feels dead without them. No buzz of people with their dogs, Mums with babies and young children, the sound of family and friends laughing and chatting travelling through the walk as you enter, no more buzz.

We all need this back. I am not looking for a fight, just an amicable solution to the situation. A mutual understanding that the cafe is the heart of the walk, I feel without it the walk looses footfall, atmosphere of community and more.

I hope we can create a win win win outcome for all.
