We have recently been made aware that LSA Venues Central West Pty Ltd entered liquidation as of 29 April 2025. This development has serious implications for all of us affected by their operations.

What this means is that many of us are now facing the loss of owed wages and unpaid superannuation entitlements. These are earnings we have rightfully worked for and are essential to our financial security.

In addition, suppliers and service providers are also unlikely to receive payments owed to them, further impacting small businesses and local economies.

Even more concerning, reports have surfaced indicating that current staff across multiple venues under LSA contracts may be working without appropriate qualifications and without the correct medical and lifesaving equipment. This not only puts staff at risk but also endangers public safety.
