As you all know White Haven Police Department Took down and stuffed all my Tables and whole vending stand After if was set up paid for and Ready to Not onli provide the onli Stand at the whole Festival Where the kids could make something special and original rather then just buying things as was being done at every other stand at the entire event but I also had vowed to donate 20% of my Entire Income From the Raffle Tickets as well as 20% of also the custom shirts the kids could pay to make them selves at the stand. Ohh but keep reading you haven’t heard nothing yet!!!

          After Telling me I could not vend the event because I was 2 hours late .. then they proceeded to also tell me I would be charged with disorderly conduct if I did not lower my voice and stop causing a scene on the public street of the public event Of the White Haven River Festival . Which I instantly and blaintly responded “Nooooo Your not going to give me a Disorderly Conduct.” “ You Wanna Know Why Your Not going to Give Me a Disorderly Conduct Fine” (Obviously Assuming I was just some dumb kid unaware of my Comstitutional  Rights) “You’re not giving me a Disorderly conduct Fine Because this is a public event being held on a public street and I have freedom of speach and Everyone here watching should know exactly what’s going on” “ That’s why I will not be getting A disorderly conduct vine here today or any other day of the week” Being not onli highly aware of my Rights I have also studied Criminal Law, How to read Micro Expressions, and Psychology Knowing it was incorrect but Seeing what I was up against I added in “It’s my 4th Amendment Rights that’s Why” know one Corrected me to say it’s my first amendment Right not my Fourth I knew Neither Officer knew their own Rights according to the bill adopted in 1791!

I Started This petition to Later Recover Some of the Loss of Wages I Would have Received had I been Allowed to Vend the festival. I got the first set of 30 signatures, Your Signatures and then weighed my options to not wanna be on the bad side of the Police officers who Newly all entered My home Town Which for my Whole life span onli Ever had 2 of the same officers who respected the local community and served us greatly for as long as I Have been Alive.. I weighed the possibility of police holding a grudge and haveing the authority to do pretty much whatever they please and the petition reached further n further away from my Thoughts until I even look at it for the last 3 weeks Until Opening it back up Today upon being Once again Violated of my First Amendment Rights this time being my right to petition government for redress of grievances.

      You see I was minding my own business just cruising around Facebook land when I stumbled on a update from the local Authorities concerning a second event which would have Venders and food and as I’m sure as your imagination can take you … go further so yes I was Angry. Replaying all the money I spend on Shirts and dye and constellation prizes for Raffle Tickets all Valued over 50$ and containing more then 2 tables worth of prizes cuz I also had to place some on the ground that wouldnt fit on the tables. I then Clicked on White Haven police so I can see what else they had going on on their page. That’s when I Stumbled upon The wanted for doing good posts over 50 of them of all different kids, adults , even Spider Man had one every Officer involved in the incident had a photo of their own taken with this Wanted poster! 

          So I found The photo of the Officer holding the sign that was trying to give me the disorderly conduct fine who didn’t know his rights himself and I proceeded to Write a comment to this man’s photo that read… “I think you might have missed someone She’s Short, About 4’10, Knows her Rights, has a big mouth, dosnt know when to shut up , You know the girl That had the stand 3 foot from the photos taken here that you tore down cuz She was a little late getting to the event on account of waiting for the donation box the veterans Portion of the Funds were to be separated and held in as soon as being handed over to her so She could later on personally purchase and wrap Presents and present them to the Veterans who’s names would come from the local White Haven VFW Lists She would Easily obtain beings her Grandfather Franklin Searfoss Sr was a a Former Private First Class, Active duty of the United States Army Veteran stationed during the Korean War ,former member of the post, former Foster Township Police Officer, former Foster Township Supervisor, and Former Pennsylvania State Constable. Also Was the reason and thought behind my Donations To begin with.
 
He Taught Me Just about Every Important thing In life I’d ever need to know all before I was even old enough to understand some of it when he Passed away when I was only the age of 13 years old. He taught me the law, what his badge Represents and that not everyone who wears one actually knows What their oath Was ment to stand for. He taught me to stand up for what I believe in no matter what or who stands before me. He taught me to hold the door for the elderly and always Take the time to stop and Thank The Veterans I Encountered on a day to day basis for my Freedom. Because as he explained it it wasn’t actually “FREE”  Many gave their lives for it many he knew were gone in the blink of a eye right before his eyes during the midst of the Korean War which he was thankful to be lucky enough to be one of the ones who would come home from it in one piece

 He Taught me that Knowledge is power the onli kind of power you obtain yourself that isn’t passed down thru Bank Accounts but is passed down thru All the people older then myself who I was never to disrespect without damn good reason because they lived longer and faced more then I could have even begun to imagine so that hopefully If never have to Imagine about such things. He said Ghe more knowledge you posess the more power you untainted the more power you uptain the more powerful you are! The more powerful you are the more powerful you will be! The more powerful you are The more Respect you uphold, With power and respect unfortunately usually both are accompanied by Hate, dishonesty and Greed. He told me these are things I will never Be or need . He taught me to be Humble and proud and always stand my ground To anything that’s important enough to upset me. So My comment on the photo got deleted from the post moments after being posted. I then comments the page link to this petition and then almost immediately commented delete this one and you will be violating my First Amendment Rights . Now you hear people blocking the police From their profiles so they can’t see what they are up to. I think I’m probably the Only person on the planet that can say The Police Blocked Me . I can’t contact them. I can’t see their posts. Nothing comes up when I type their name in My search. And my comments and petitions can’t be seen either Which is the Second time my Rights Have been publicly violated in a months time. They know what they did was Wrong. And they are trying to make sure knowone is aware of the facts at hand.

         Im here to tell them That knowledge is power My Humility and Values brought me before them but their dishonesty and ignorance will fuel the future findings that I need !
