Arun Planning Dept continues to allow a massive overdevelopment of homes in Pagham, using outdated and obsolete Planning Policies. 

They continue to ignore the electorate and local Councillors, knowing that new Government Policies are in place, which allow our Councillors by vote to overrule their flawed decisions by using Section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to revoke the existing but unimplemented Outline Planning Permissions.
