Cass Elementary Needs Your Support!

Last week, on November 21, the Board of Education held a Committee of the Whole meeting to hear the reccomendatins made by Plante Moran CRESA and the 45-member District Enrollment and Building Utilization Committee regarding the potential closure of a K-4 building, Cass being one of them. Unfortunately, the four recomendations that were presented to the school board all included closing Cass Elementary. We urge all of our supporters to show up to one of the two community forums being held this week and have your voice heard. The board is expected to vote on December 19, 2016 at the school board meeting. If you are unable to attend one of the two forums, we encourage you to send an email to the board members and have your voice heard.
