Receiving more information from the inside of LISD. This is just one of the many schools with special education issues being ignored by the Forest Park principal,  and the special education director. We have children sitting in their own feces for hours without being changed.  Teachers and aids are being ignored,  and talked down to and treated as dogs. Not only are these special needs children not being changed for hours, but their are some students that are runners,  and I have reports of this child almost getting run over by cars. The police officers are not allowed to help, only the aids are able to chase these children.  They are not even informing the parents that their child almost got hit by a car. This student is known to be a runner,  but nothing is being done. When teachers go to their boss , they are told they don't want to hear it, and to get out. How can we make our schools better if our teachers cannot go to their principal and be heard, without being told that they don't want to hear their complaints. What will it take for our administration to change our special education department?  A child being killed?  How do you sleep at night knowing what is being done to these children? Do the right thing, protect our children,  back your teachers, supply them what they need, and complain about the special education director.  This is just one of many laws being broken by our district so schools that they don't want you to know. My advice to the principles at Forest Park, quit being scared to stand up for what is right, protect the children we trust with you every day,  or get the hell out. Do what is right. To the special education director,  it is time for a change, and that change is you being gone from LISD . Your track record proves you need a career change, away from special needs children. Thank you, Jason Bates
