I would like to personally thank all of you who have sent emails to me with your concerns, please keep them coming, and please spread the word to all staff who have not yet written to me. This will help in the fight to better our education system. You are the few brave men and women who have chosen to educate our children and I know it is not an easy job. I wish that I could personally shake all of your hands and thank you for the hard work you put in. Reading these letters breaks my heart, and I promise you all that I will stand up for you and fight until these issues are addressed. You the teacher's and staff are the soldiers on the battlefield, and your input to the administration should be heard in order to win on going battle. I salute you all. Your letters are the beginning of something big, that will bring the communities attention to the current administration. I was a child of the LISD system, and being an athlete at LHS to be honest with you all I did not learn a thing yet somehow I passed. See if you can figure that out. I even payed for some of my grades to people who were called "teacher's " this information was given to me by ....well you can all figure that out. I graduated in 1995 and the system was corrupt then, and has not changed. Stay strong teach our children and I will bring you change.
