
On Tuesday, April 9th, Lindenwood University Interim President Art Johnson called a meeting with 26 other employees, including all Residential Life staff, to have an open discussion regarding the family policy for Area Coordinators. In this meeting it was decided that all employees hired before the policy change in February (which includes all 12 current ACs) would be “grandfathered” in and would be permitted to live with their spouses. Residential Life, Human Resources, Operations, and the President’s Cabinet, are committed to working together to create and implement a plan for ACs who are hired after February 2019.
