Why: Just like John, thousands of people all around the world are unaware of this potentially-deadly condition despite having it. Those five words could spread awareness of this syndrome at a global scale and save thousands of lives.

How: In the version of the film that will be released on Netflix on Nov 19th, when John's girlfriend explains he died of an aortic dissection at the age of 35, please also mention this was caused by undiagnosed Marfan's Syndrome. In case that is not possible, mention it before the credits in some other way. Thousands of lives could be saved by just adding a couple of words.
