Decision for 25 Floors Scheduled for May 4th

This development will come before Council at the May 4th meeting at 7pm. Staff have recommended it be approved for 25 floors. If you would like to see a height reduction, you can submit your feedback to the committee through email or speaking at the meeting. 

Email correspondence must be submitted by noon on May 4th to clerk@whitby.ca, and must include your full name, address and file number #DEV-17-25 (OPA-2025-W/03, Z-10-25) Nigico Holdings Inc. Southeast corner of Brock Street North and Taunton Road East.

Delegates to speak either virtually or in person can register at www.whitby.ca/delegations You must complete the form by 8am May4th.
