Our lives are entwined in horrible news or social media stories every day.  Sickness and hurt spread like wild weeds ready to distort your day.  I encourage you to take a leap of faith and stay away from negative situations and people.  

I also encourage you to sign this petition,  Just as in the case of Parkland and other school shootings around our nation young people are suffering and have suffered for over 30 years because of gun violence.

If you have not sign this petition please do so, at this time and let's help these young people suffering from P.T.S.D. from the war being fought here on American soil, the war of staying alive from brutality of not only law enforcement but  the Justice systems that locks young men of color away for life with no evidence for the conviction.
