We, members and supporters of the Haitian community, stand together me as Levarye, calling for urgent action to protect our children from sexual exploitation and abuse.

In recent months, social media platforms such as TikTok have shown disturbing content involving children—some appearing frightened, manipulated, or used for attention. These cases are not being taken seriously enough within our own community.

We are deeply concerned that:
 • Some adults in the community share or defend harmful sexual behavior online.
 • Many people do not know the law or understand that posting, watching, or sharing sexual content with minors is a crime.
 • Children who signal for help online may be ignored or silenced. We ask urged the U.S Department of Justice and the FBI to increase monitoring and investigation of child exploitation in online spaces impacting Haitian Youth
