Richmond Needs a Climate Plan

Thank you so much for asking Mayor Stoney to Join the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy. 

Mayor Stoney still has not joined this important group, as have mayors in Birmingham, Charlotte and Blacksburg, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and London. 

Richmond needs to start acting like the climate crisis is real.
