GOOD NEWS............ STATUS OF THE DR.BHABHA'S HOME(MEHRANGIR) CASE Hon’ble court has given 4 weeks time to Central Government for submission of affidavit The Hon. High court clarified that they have not issued any order against further process of transaction of the said property. Necessary permission should be obtained from the Charity Commissioner for further process of transaction of the said property. Hon. court also clarified that Central Government is free to take a decision regarding the said property-MEHRANGIR. HON. High court noted the statement of the lawyer of buyers, that the building will be used for residential purpose only and they will not demolish the same in near future. The state Government is considering to put this building-MEHRANGIR in heritage list. Next date of the case is adjourned to 25/8/2014.
