Let Thomas Nicholls stay in our late parents house

Let Thomas Nicholls stay in our late parents house
The Issue
Our brother Thomas Nicholls who is 26 years old has applied to stay in the family home after losing our Mom Julie nearly 5 years ago, and unexpectedly loosing our Dad Steve nearly 2 weeks ago. Thomas has been through so much already at such a young age, and was a full-time carer to our Dad for the past 5 years. His mental health has already been pushed to the maximum that any young person could tolerate... And we believe that losing the house would have a severe negative impact on the rest of Thomas's life, especially his mental health.
The housing association Stonewater have said that he won't be eligible to stay at the family home.
He has lived in the house since the day he was born, and after losing both parents is on the verge of also losing the family home, everything he has ever known would be completely gone all within weeks.
Even after showing that he could financially support himself, they still don't seem to care.
This house is so much more than a house to Thomas, my sister Karla and myself, not to mention the 5 granddaughters that our parents have left behind also. We were all raised in this house and share lots of happy memories and feel closer to our parents when we are in the family home.
We are asking that you sign this petition so that we can take it to Stonewater to support our brother in keeping the tenancy. We aren't going down without a fight, we will fight with every bone in our bodies to keep our home.
