Samantha Corey passed away January 11 from an aggressive type of cancer, which she was diagnosed with during her sophomore year. Before she passed she completed all of her credits to graduate but her family is not allowed to walk for her at graduation due to district policy. Administration has done what they can but the district won’t budge. Everyone included in the student body at American Fork High School loved Mantha and we are troubled by this problem. We are determined to do whatever we can to change the districts minds and let her walk.
