Let's keep the Magnolia Green Market from being lost!

The Issue

I was sitting on the couch with my dad when he showed me a Facebook post from River City Cookie Co. stating that the Magnolia Green market was going to close.

When I learned that Magnolia Green had decided to shut down the market, I was deeply upset. I've been going to the market with my parents ever since we found out about it, and it irritates me to know that such a large and important part of Magnolia Green is getting removed so easily.

The Magnolia Green market is a market with small businesses as vendors. It was a great way to get out of the house and support local small businesses. Now, they are closing down the market. For good.

Not only did the market support small businesses, it helped people get out of the house and bring people together. The market was open to everyone, meaning that anyone could come and support businesses and see houses. This helped boost the businesses as well as Magnolia Green itself.

If the market is closed down, it will affect small business owners, the people of Magnolia Green, and potential house buyers. The Magnolia Green Market is one of their only events. If they shut the market down, small businesses won't get recognition, the people living in Magnolia Green will look elsewhere to spend their time, and potential house buyers of Magnolia Green won't have as big of a reason to move to Magnolia Green.

The Market was one of my favorite things about Magnolia Green. I always dreamed of setting up a stall there and selling stuff. I believe that the market should NOT be closed and that Magnolia Green should continue to set up the market.

If we don't take action, the Market will be closed for good and it will be too late. Even if you don't live in Magnolia Green, it would do WONDERS if you signed this. Thank you.
