Tom Campbell, City of Healdsburg Project Manager, will be bringing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Magical Bridge Foundation to the City Council on Monday, September 15th for review and approval. The MOU is an agreement between the City and the Foundation that defines the obligations of both parties. This would be the first phase of work on the creation of a Magical Bridge Playground. A separate agreement addressing the terms and conditions related to the construction of the playground would be negotiated in the future.
