This targeting street theater is getting stronger and more aggressive with plots to kill me. I’m in Fresno. The cops are involved. They are paying crack heads, homeless and  people on probation and parole and the community who ever wants to do illegal activities to hurt me. The cops on patrol run from me, when I’m trying to get there attention to stop this. I worked hard and slaved mowing lawns and trimming bushes and bought a car. That is Sabotaged. The battery gave out on me. An informant confessed to me after asking him, how much are they paying you to hurt me ? he pulled out of handful of gift cards and he said I got these from the community center. I’ve been a  stalker/informant for 10 years. He said it started in prison, they took him to concentration camp, he said the worst thing they did to him was spray him down with Coldwater. To make sure he had no reaction. To prepare him for what he does to people like me. He said he was sure to protect me, to follow me, and to see what I do, hear what I say, see where I go and where I'm at, to report back to them. that was his job last night. To confirm, live, with evidence I had and read about from government documentation, just to finally see for myself, what's happening with him, being an Informant, he did confess, it gave me more ground to stand on. to understand, on his side of everything, I was reading about everything he said, what the government does in these programs, he said there's different levels to what people do. He’s not the one that has to harms us,  but was protecting me for the ones that do. I didn't believe that part. because where's he at today,  now that I'm still out here, there's a bunch of Street theater still, and illegal activities surrounding me. If something happens to me, I'm in Fresno county and Fresno PD are aware of what's going on.

Urgent Request for Investigation into DHS-Directed Targeting and Civil Rights Violations Against Susanne Grill

Dear Mr. Patel,

In light of President Donald J. Trump's Executive Order dated February 18, 2025, titled "Radical Transparency About Wasteful Spending", I write to formally bring to your attention a documented and ongoing civil rights emergency involving targeted harassment, blacklisting, and economic sabotage perpetrated by federal and state entities, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), acting through University of California systems and associated fusion centers.

This letter is submitted on behalf of Susanne Grill, a whistleblower and victim of severe government retaliation whose story reflects the covert targeting of countless Americans placed on blacklists and counterterrorism watchlists under secret, unconstitutional criteria.

VICTIM STATEMENT: SUSANNE GRILL

"I, Susanne Grill, was working at UCI MEDICAL CENTER in the city of Irvine, California, known as the Board of the Regents University of the State of California. Upon my wrongful termination back in 2017, I proceeded in legal action against them and have been suffering severe consequences since. Gavin Newsom was president of the board when I was nominated to be on a target list and blacklisted-losing my career.

Since the universities control all onboarding HR systems through workforce for every employer in the United States and every other country, I'm not able to work anywhere. I'm being held down against my will-being unable to work is hard for survival. They blacklisted me, assaulted me sexually, physically and mentally. They made sure that my settlement was not just a settlement, it was a gag order, for my voice not to be heard, for all my rights be taken from me, including my family, they've taken everything from me, job, house, car, I lost everything, including my father, I need your help. Victims services turned me down, DSH turns me down, Workforce Turns me down everything I try to do to gain as employment is sabotaged.

For 5 years now, I have no car, no home, no help, I've been passed around to the employed from these programs to keep me down. My story is on change.org let my voice be heard. They're targeting me everywhere I go. My life has been horrible. I will not stop fighting for my life and will not stop until they stop and justice is served. I need my life back." 

I want them prosecuted and life sentenced and the death penalty.

In alignment with President Trump's transparency order and your dedication to truth, civil liberty, and reform within national security, we urge you to:

Launch a formal inquiry into the DHS-coordinated targeting of Susanne Grill and similarly situated victims.Cease all funding and operations of gang stalking and psychological targeting programs operating under the guise of "counterterrorism."

Publicly acknowledge the abuses of these DHS-linked programs and initiate whistleblower protections for those already targeted.

We trust in your commitment to dismantling corruption, restoring justice, and protecting innocent Americans from covert blacklisting and deep-state interference and for charges of life sentences to death penalty to whoever involved in trying to take our lives as we are innocent civilians.

Since 2019, I have been the subject of targeted actions. In 2017, I was employed at UCI Medical Center in Irvine, California, also referred to as the University, through an agency named Med Search. During my tenure there, I experienced a medical emergency that put me at risk of miscarriage. UCI granted me a three-day sick leave for an urgent surgical procedure. However, the day after I returned home from the hospital, still dealing with the aftermath of my situation, I received a call from UCI Medical Center (Med Search) informing me that my employment was terminated and that I should not return to work. This news compounded my distress, as I was already grieving the loss of my child and now faced the loss of my job. I promptly contacted a lawyer, who accepted my case without hesitation, and the legal proceedings continued for nearly two years.

During this challenging period, I was managing numerous responsibilities. I had recently become single, was solely responsible for my mortgage, and had to care for my children. Eventually, I secured a new position at a genetics laboratory. Throughout this time, I was largely unaware of the specifics of my legal case or the amount for which my lawyer was pursuing compensation. After several months, I inquired about the status of the case, and my lawyer informed me that it was valued at a million dollars and that everything was progressing favorably. The judge had denied the opposing party's motion, which had caused considerable frustration for them, alleviating my concerns. I was required to attend appointments with a forensic psychiatrist appointed by UCI, which my lawyer indicated was part of their investigation.

It took at least three appointments, all of which were rescheduled at the last minute, before I finally met with the psychiatrist. My new employer was not pleased with the frequent requests for time off, which created additional stress. When I finally had the appointment, it lasted several hours and was recorded. The psychiatrist thoroughly examined my past, probing for reactions and attempting to elicit responses from me. Despite their extensive knowledge of my history, I remained truthful in my answers, even when discussing uncomfortable topics. I shared my experiences candidly, having endured a challenging life, including childhood abuse and being placed in state custody at the age of 13, from which I eventually emancipated myself and left the system at 17  just prior to the birth of my first son. Additionally, I had experienced previous miscarriages, which they inquired about. They suggested that my past miscarriages and trauma were not their concern. However, it is important to note that regardless of my history, it does not pertain to the facts of my situation; what they did to me constituted a wrongful termination. My past trauma was not recent and did not impact my current life in the manner they implied, unlike the actions they took against me.
  As time progressed, I received a call from Human Resources while at work, informing me that UCI lawyers had just left. They did not provide any further details. I expressed my apologies to HR, feeling anxious about what had been communicated to my new employer. Distressed and embarrassed, I contacted my lawyer for clarification. She explained that their presence was part of an investigation. Over a year later, I attended mediation, which involved a lengthy session where I was questioned for nearly eight hours by a group of their representatives. During a break, I confided in my lawyer about my discomfort and questioned the necessity of such treatment. She reassured me that this was standard procedure. A few months later, my lawyer informed me that they had summoned my former partner—not the one whose child I had recently lost, but my last ex, who is the father of my children. This news caused me further distress. My ex had betrayed me and left, taking our son with him after a 20-year relationship, and we no longer communicate. I was perplexed as to why they would involve him, especially since he was unaware of my employment there, the lawsuit, or my departure from my previous job for UCI. During this period, I was also dealing with a new relationship, while my ex was pursuing legal action to sell my house for financial gain. Shortly thereafter, my lawyer contacted me again, indicating that they wished to speak with my sons. I expressed to my lawyer that I could no longer endure the situation they were creating.I wish to be left in peace. A week prior to receiving a settlement offer, I was involved in an accident with a drunk driver who totaled my vehicle. The individual responsible was a retired veteran who had fallen asleep at the wheel. Remarkably, he was neither arrested nor charged for his actions.

Subsequently, I took a disability leave from my job due to financial strain, as my new residence cost $2,400 per month. My attorney reviewed the settlement proposal and deemed it acceptable. However, the amount offered was merely one-third of what she had initially sought. I accepted the offer and authorized electronic signing.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, what I had signed was not a settlement but rather a contract relinquishing all my rights. I was unaware that I was pursuing a claim against The Board of Regents, which ultimately compensated me and drafted that contract.

The University of California Board of Regents, with Governor Newsom serving as its president, was involved in this matter. Regarding my settlement, I was made to wait two to three months for the funds. My attorney received slightly more than half of the settlement amount. After I signed the agreement, my lawyer vanished without explanation, and the law firm did not provide any information when I inquired. Even months later, when I collected my check, she remained absent.

At that time, I was in a relationship with someone who, unbeknownst to me, was an informant. He manipulated me, took a significant amount of my money, tarnished my reputation, stalked and harassed me, and even damaged my property. He caused physical harm, including breaking my ribs, and wrongfully had me arrested for domestic violence. I fought to protect my job and home while enduring harassment, violence, and abduction. I had obtained a move-out order, a restraining order, and filed for domestic violence against him. Despite over twenty police reports, the District Attorney only pursued one case, resulting in no justice. It felt as though they were mocking my plight. After two years on bail, with clear evidence of his culpability, I managed to have my case dismissed.
I experienced a series of devastating events in a short span of time. I lost my job, and during that same week, my father fell into a coma after I had driven across the United States with my ex-partner trailing behind me. I understood that my father was already brain dead, as it was determined that his condition resulted from black mold in his home. Tragically, he passed away the very next day. Shortly thereafter, my brother was shot. The day following that incident, my son informed me that we received a three-day notice to vacate our residence.

While I was driving home after my father's funeral, my son called to inform me that my eldest son had just been released on bail after being hospitalized due to a DUI incident. The other driver had fallen asleep, resulting in a total loss of my son's vehicle, and he was found to be at the legal limit for DUI. Remarkably, my son had never been in trouble with the law prior to this incident. A week later, due to COVID-19 restrictions, I was required to remain in my car during my son's first court appearance. Unfortunately, his bail was revoked, and he was incarcerated. I did not hear from him for 60 days, as the quarantine period in jail lasted 14 days.

When my son finally contacted me, he described his experience in a small, dark cell with limited space. He had read the entire Bible and undergone baptism, expressing that he felt he was losing his sanity. His attorney, an expert in DUI cases, was optimistic about his release. I remain unaware of the identity of the individual who collided with my son, but they sustained several broken bones and their vehicle was also totaled, although they ultimately recovered. It appears they exploited the system, and as a result, my son received a six-year prison sentence for two counts of bodily injury. Since 2020, I have only been able to see my son once, as my visitation requests have been denied without explanation. Additionally, I had owned my car for nearly two months before it was repossessed, following my decision to trade in a $4,000 vehicle as a down payment.
I had only been one month behind on my payments, but that was a different matter altogether. I too lost my home and all my possessions. Everything I had ever owned was gone. I wandered the streets of Riverside County, Los Angeles County, and even ventured into Arizona and Nevada. In Arizona, I attempted to regain my footing; I purchased a car for $500 while still receiving unemployment benefits and checked into a hotel with plans to travel to Nevada to assist my nephew. However, at 3 in the morning, there was a loud knock on my door. It was the police, seizing my car under the claim that it was stolen. I contested their assertion and presented the pink slip, but they examined it and declared it invalid due to the lack of notarization. I explained that in California, notarization was not a requirement when purchasing a vehicle. The officer insisted that since I was in Arizona, I should be aware of their laws. I pointed out that I had been driving the car for over a month without any issues, even with police presence, and questioned why this was happening now. The officer informed me that the vehicle had just been reported stolen. I demanded either a refund for the car or its return. The officer simply replied that he was unable to assist. I requested to retrieve my belongings from the car, but he denied my request, stating he could not verify if the items were stolen. Once again, I felt as though the ground had been pulled from beneath me. The following day, I booked a flight to Nevada, where a new ordeal awaited me. I became a target of gang stalking. I was stabbed in the ear and arm by an individual who identified himself as a gang stalker. Additionally, I was robbed and threatened with sexual assault by another man, who also claimed to be a gang stalker. Prior to losing everything, I had sought help from victim services, having received their information from the police after filing a report regarding my ex, who was an informant, concerning losses due to criminal activity.Victim services failed to adhere to their own regulations regarding the program, neglecting to provide the necessary assistance that I required. Instead of support, I was met with indifference, treated as if I were insignificant and dishonest. Despite my claim being approved, every payment was denied, with the justification being a directive from the board to refuse it. I was denied compensation for losses incurred as a result of being a crime victim, and it is disheartening to note that Governor Newsom was responsible for signing off on all my denials.

There are numerous other distressing aspects to this situation. It is profoundly upsetting that decent individuals must endure such suffering.

I have consistently communicated to those around me that I have never contemplated or attempted to take my own life, firmly believing that such an act is not an option. I view it as a sign of weakness and an easy escape. I am determined to stand my ground and continue fighting. I emphasize this because I have informed everyone I know that if anything were to happen to me, it is crucial for them to understand that I would never choose to end my life. The purpose of this targeting program is to drive individuals to madness, to make them feel as though they are losing their sanity, leading many to despair or worse. I refuse to seek help from a doctor, as that is precisely what these programs aim for—an experiment. Thankfully, I have maintained my sanity and my faith in God, which has fueled my resolve to investigate the injustices I face. It is tragic that innocent people suffer due to a lawsuit concerning integrity. I am committed to ensuring that the responsible parties are identified if anything were to happen to me. The situation is exacerbated by the disbelief of those around me, including my own children, who have urged me to seek help. I chose to isolate myself to regain my strength and clarity, and by the grace of God, I have persevered.I had to feign ignorance regarding certain individuals who assisted me, despite their roles as gang stalkers. I played along with some of them, who, despite their affiliations, exhibited kindness by providing me with food and ensuring I remained clean and treated me with respect. However, when they abandoned me without so much as a farewell, I expressed gratitude for the energy they had given me to face the next unwelcome stalker. I had to adapt to the circumstances, navigating the psychological games and torment imposed by the authorities. Initially, I questioned my own reality, feeling as though I were in a nightmare, as they orchestrated bizarre performances and cinematic scenarios. In Las Vegas, I found myself surrounded by numerous stalkers. After enduring fear, anxiety, and being pursued by biker gangs, I was harassed and threatened, all while being misled into believing that these individuals were genuine and innocent. Their intent was to place me in increasingly dire situations, attempting to undermine my sanity and faith, and to frame me for fraudulent activities in a bid for survival. Unbeknownst to them, I remained steadfast; I did not resort to theft or take from anyone, enduring hardship instead. I am inherently honest, often going days without food or water, convinced that my predicament was a consequence of my own actions, believing that God had placed me in this situation for a purpose, and I would not allow anyone else to suffer for my errors. My former partner had displayed warning signs that I should have recognized and acted upon, but I failed to do so. I never solicited money or food. By divine grace, when my situation became dire, it was then that I received assistance from another gang stalker who showed compassion. A few of them remarked that they had misjudged me, acknowledging that I was not the one they had thought. This realization only strengthened my resolve as I fought for survival in the name of God. I chose the more challenging path, understanding that without divine support, I could not endure. He provided me with the strength I needed. When I encountered the next erratic gang stalker, I smiled and confidently stated that I was famous, always maintaining my appearance and never looking homeless. I frequented the library to prepare my resumes and was on the verge of securing an interview.I experienced a robbery in which my phone was taken from me. After receiving assistance from various individuals, I managed to acquire a replacement phone. Initially, I was perplexed by the circumstances surrounding these events until I gained sufficient strength to analyze the situation. I researched extensively and considered all aspects. Despite my efforts, I remain unemployed, facing obstacles that have prevented me from securing a job and obtaining shelter, with no grants or assistance available. It has become clear to me why this is the case. The Board of Regents, associated with the company I litigated against, comprises prominent government officials. The Governor appoints the members of the Board of Regents. Notably, the Governor of California also serves as the President of the University of California, which includes the University of California, Irvine, and the Board of Regents. This Governor is Gavin Newsom. The Board acts as trustees for the citizens of California, overseeing the university as a public trust dedicated to education, research, housing, and public services, which also encompasses employment opportunities. The mission of the Regents is intended to serve the best interests of the people of California. The governance of the University is under the authority of the Regents, who, according to Article IX, Section 9 of the California Constitution, possess "full powers of organization and governance," subject only to specific legislative controls. This article emphasizes that "the university shall be entirely independent of all political and sectarian influence and kept free therefrom in the appointment of its Regents and in the administration of its affairs." Given this context, it is significant to note that Gavin Newsom, who is the president of my former company with which I reached a settlement, also signed my contract and is the individual responsible for the denials of my approved claim at Victim Services. The California Victim Compensation Board (CalVCB) consists of three members dedicated to supporting victims of violent crimes. The Board includes the Secretary of the Government Operations Agency, who serves as the chair, the State Controller, and a public member appointed by the Governor. These board members establish policies for the organization and make decisions regarding various matters, including appeals for victims.

I, Susanne Grill, reside in the State of California. This narrative serves as my testimony, supported by extensive investigations into government documents that corroborate my account and the unjust contract I was presented with, of which I was unaware. I was given a mere 21 days to review this contract, which was subsequently waived for an additional 5 days without my consent. Trusting my attorney, who assured me that she had thoroughly reviewed the document and that everything was in order, I proceeded to electronically sign it after receiving an email notification. I was unaware that this signature would result in relinquishing my life, leading to the loss of everything and everyone dear to me, including my sons, and causing significant mental distress that has left me feeling defeated.

I have been nominated by the Board of Regents and Governor Gavin Newsom to be placed on a watch list associated with a targeting program designed for terrorists and assassins, despite my being neither a terrorist nor a threat to society. The government has subjected me to treatment akin to torture.

Furthermore, I have reason to believe, based on government documents, that universities are primarily utilized for government targeting programs to hire, fire, and train individuals, as evidenced by documents signed by Governor Newsom authorizing the storage of military weapons at the University of California in Irvine.

As a mother and grandmother, I share the same values as many others. I do not deserve such inhumane treatment, which stems from the lawsuit that initiated this ordeal. I possess government documents obtained from the FOIA reading room and archives that detail the targeting programs and their impact on innocent civilians. From these documents, I have concluded that Governor Newsom is responsible for the obstacles I face in securing housing, shelter, victim services, grants, and employment. To this day, I am judged as incapable and unworthy, as many perceive me through the lens of my current lack of resources, including a vehicle. Nevertheless, I continue to fight against these injustices with all my strength.I possess an unwavering determination for the well-being of my children. I am exerting every ounce of strength within me to persevere through each day, continuing my efforts even if it feels as though I am merely treading water, perceived by others as stagnant. I am confident that eventually, this cycle will come to an end, and when I cease my relentless pursuit, I will reflect on my journey with pride, recognizing myself as a champion. I will have advanced far beyond those who sought to undermine and destroy me. My purpose is clear: to reclaim the life that has been unjustly taken from me, and I will not relent until those responsible are held accountable.

I hereby request that the President of the United States initiate a comprehensive investigation into all relevant documents across various departments, including but not limited to the military, DHS, CIA, FBI, and other pertinent agencies. I urge the immediate cessation of all activities by these departments, third parties, agencies, and individuals involved in any form of targeting—be it emotional, mental, or physical—utilizing any weapons, artificial intelligence, electronic means, or surveillance tactics.

I demand a thorough investigation and review of all the claims I have made. Additionally, I wish to emphasize my involvement in the targeted justice system and a targeted lawsuit. I am also calling for appropriate penalties and the revocation of rights for those involved, ensuring they are barred from public service, as they have proven untrustworthy.

I seek justice for all individuals affected.

Furthermore, I insist on protection for myself and my family, along with accommodations for all aspects of our lives within the United States.

The narrative provided below was composed prior to any investigations and reflects my experiences without my prior awareness of the circumstances. It aligns with government documents related to the Gangstalking watchlisting program, detailing a series of events including staged car accidents, street theater, harassment, surveillance, psychological manipulation, the involvement of informants, wrongful incarceration, defamation, fraudulent setups, trafficking, and kidnapping, assault and blacklist from employment.

I’m a victim of domestic violence, stalking, kidnapping, Assault, threats, and also a victim of GANGSTALKING, and Cyber bullying. It Started 2019. I was Victimized and still being victimized for 5 years now and a little Over 3 years by my ex. Named ERNESTO DELGADILLO, He physically, mentally, emotionally, abused me, threatened with fire arms . Threatened suicide, threatened having HIV to get me to speak to him. He had his mother text me stating he was dead, just to get my attention. Was Threatened he would kill my kids. Stalked me by contact by email, social Media sites, messaging apps, google, Apple, and through other online space/websites, even my Pandora, YouTube and Pinterest. Online bullying intimidation, threatened to harm me, disgraced me, Delivered aggressive and unwanted emails as well as Encouraged unknown people to send me threatening emails. Hacked my phone. Posted online, negative messages and disparaging remarks. Impersonating my self and others online. Disseminating rumors. Electronically delivering provocative, contentious and or tempting messages, causing others to react badly towards me. 

Tried to run me over and off the road. He kidnapped me, and drove 120 miles per hour as he threatened me to my death. He would blackmail, intimidate, abuse, harass, stalk and has Sexually assaulted me. Broke in my home and move things around and take my belongings. Turn my power off to my house. Shared and posted, My personal information such as medical records, address to my home and pictures of me doing sexual things to him, using technology to find/track my Location and to monitor what I do online (or offline).

In 2019, After I discovered my ex was a chronic liar I tried to make him leave. Although I was the victim. I was the one that went to jail. I was Falsely incarcerated. (imprisonment) I told the cop I was being wrongfully arrested, as he refused to look at the blatant evidence that I was trying to show him, I had a text saying if I leave he was calling the cops and he’s braking the tv, and putting my clothes in the tub of bleach and car fluids, and sent me a photo of all my clothes in the tub. My son as my witness as he was there and the cops refused his statement, telling him to back off or they will take him to jail. Ernesto ended up bailing me out with my son’s money that I had to pay back. He had a taxi waiting for me at the jail I was transferred to. The taxi took me just off the property into the hills in the dark and left Me there with Ernesto having no choice but to get in his truck. That was the start Of the black mail And manipulation. Ernesto would say if you don’t do what I say I’m going to call the Cops and tell them you hit me. He also told me he will tell the cops I destroy his things. I have a video of him saying this as he has a hammer hitting his watch, destroys it and throws it on the floor next to me. I made so many police reports and I even said I wanted to press charges and nothing happens. I have evidence of everything. I fought my case for 2 years out on bail. Due to COVID-19 and this case I lost my job. He would brake and hide my shoes, would park covering the driveway of my car, he took parts out of it, to make it impossible for me to leave. He broke off the side mirror to my vehicle, threw it at my car and dented it.

He Carved profanity on my dresser, kicked in my drawers in my bathroom. Made holes in the walls and doors, Broke my tv, mirrors chairs and tables. Ruined all my clothes. All my jewelry he Broke. Tore all my purses, took my money. When I tried to call for help or call someone he’d brake my phone. Stolen my ATM card as he beat me to the floor. Then kicked me and spit on me while still remaining on the floor he took the rest of my money. I have told Ernesto to leave my house and he wouldn’t go. He would say I was crazy and he would threaten to text my boss and tell him things to fire me. He blackmailed me threatened me. Over anything. When I’d scream for help he’d say WHAT’S WRONG SUSANNE. ITS OK.. SHE FORGOT TO TAKE HER MEDS. He has broken my ribs, broke a blood vessel in my leg with a bat. Spit on me, kicked me, punched me, Scratched me, stabbed me with keys. He would cover doors so eventually I’d get tired of trying to leave. I got a move out order, restraining order and made more then over 20 police reports and some how only one managed to get through to the DA. This man got away with everything he did to me. I lost my job, lost my house, lost my car and became homeless. I have evidence of everything, even police officer gave me a relocation form to move out of the city because I wasn’t safe. I went through victim services because that’s what the DA gave me due to be being a crime victim.

I put in an application for my losses because I had no other options . There I was with everything going on still being victimized I went through such mistreatment. Every time I call to check on my application. There were so many unnecessary delays And responses to my messages on any updates I have asked for were continuously avoided and or ignored. My Messages to staff regarding my application expenses and all claims , bills were awaiting payment. After my claim were finally allowed, after I appealed it. They still sat for Months although I requested an emergency award. They don’t answer me. They don’t feel the need to work on my case promptly or acknowledge that I’m the real victim and desperately in need, they don’t show compassion just ignorance of just wanting to be right to avoid you and your necessities. I feel CALVCB very much so has discriminated against me and retaliated against me because I complained. All of a sudden after almost a year The same day I complained, was only hours later a hand full of denials to pay my claims. All claims had the same denial code stating staff said to deny all claims. It was bad Enough at the fact that this violent man stripped me of everything I owned and shot down my ego and pride, but also my mentality, after being so degraded already due to the facts of being exploited and bashed and the loss of self worth after losing everything that I’ve worked hard for all my life had everything taken destroyed an lost. I have to beg and feel more like dirt dealing with CALVCB, the court system the sheriff’s and the DPSS for help, and seeing that No one can do there job correctly in helping someone in dyer need. The D A'S Office was supposed to give me an advocate. Here at CALVCB they were supposed to help me by reimbursement my income and money’s lost do to crime. I had to go through so many obstacles like pulling teeth. Finally after even an appeal to get my Initial claim allowed. I have ever single thing needed and extra in there system and have been asking for an advocate from day 1 so they can help me and they nor the DA office will not and have not gave me an advocate. CALVCB is supposed to be funding for people like me. VICTIMS.. I don’t understand what is Going on here. Isn’t this a place for victims like me. If so then why do these workers treat you like you are trash. Like I’m not the victim. I’m going to tell my story to all because I’m very shocked and worried about others walking in my shoes. How is this still happening to me. When I thought I gotten away from my ex. Then I’m in the streets of LOS ANGELES, las Vegas, and Arizona and experienced GANGSTALKING so many People Messing with my head. Saying things only my father said before he died. Saying and singing only things I would know and my children. Following me. Didn’t like NO for an answer as people driving by saying sexual things to me. Intimidating me. Trying to take me for trafficking. trying to make me commit fraud. I got denied shelter, denied housing , denied jobs, I GOT punched and stabbed In my ear and stabbed in my arm from a man that was pretending to help me and tried to take my purse. He said he was a gangstalker. I couldn’t go to the police because when I was in Vegas they tried to take me for trafficking, the gangstalkers put me in situations to commit fraud. Another man said he was a gangstalker, took my purse, all my identity phones and tablet and everything I Had left ripped off my arm and was threatened for rape. a police officer was involved in the acts of to this nonsense, only to make me think I was crazy. It was like a circus act, but I ain’t no clown. I am not delusional and I no what is real and what is fake, all though it’s so real that it doesn’t make sense, why me. Was it because I complained (whistleblower) on the court system, stood up for my rights. DA, Police Officer, or a big law suit that I achieved in 2019. Maybe it was all of thee above. In terms of my rights in this context of the criminal justice system, the victim’s right to access to justice and fair treatment is a central obligation by governments towards victims of crime. Access to a procedural form of justice and fairness of proceedings implies the equitable application of justice procedures to victims, including on the following key dimensions: Making your voice heard: the opportunity to be heard.. Timeliness: ensuring that proceedings unfold in an efficient way that respects the victim’s need for closure. Respect and dignity: the preservation of dignity and self-respect in interactions with law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, attorneys, and court staff. What happened to taking measures to minimize any inconvenience to victims, protect their privacy, when necessary, and ensure their safety, as well as that of their families and witnesses on their behalf, from intimidation and retaliation; Avoiding unnecessary delay in the disposition of cases and the execution of orders or decrees granting awards to victims. Informal mechanisms for the resolution of disputes, including mediation, arbitration and customary justice or indigenous practices, should be utilized where appropriate to facilitate conciliation and redress for victims. “Access to justice and fair treatment Victims should be treated with compassion and respect for their dignity. They are entitled to access to the mechanisms of justice and to prompt redress, as provided for by national legislation, for the harm that they have suffered. Judicial and administrative mechanisms should be established and strengthened where necessary to enable victims to obtain redress through formal or informal procedures that are expeditious, fair, inexpensive and accessible. Victims should be informed of their rights in seeking redress through such mechanisms. The responsiveness of judicial and administrative processes to the Victims often need longer term support, including (and depending on the severity of the crime) help with training to commence new employment or help moving home (particularly relevant to victims of stalking or domestic violence). There are a range of people that can and should provide support, including in particular, People within the criminal justice system, victim assistance services like CALVCB District Attorneys office professionals health and education systems and also from faith-based organizations. Definitely I did not have none of this. No help with shelter or Housing, no help with anything. Instead I’m still being hindered from employment, housing, and being a target from malicious people that always wants to hurt me. Either physically emotionally, trying to get me to do messed up things or fell a certain type of way. Why was I left out. Why am I so important. My story is not just a story. These are facts. Because all this just got me closer to god. He gave me this to me because he knew my suffering would lead me right here and he knew I’ll never give up and be able to tell my story, so in fact one day my voice will be heard and I can help those walking in my shoes. Because I’m a survivor and I believe in myself. I will die like Jesus did on the cross fighting for what I believe in and I believe NO ONE PERSON EVER SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. ALL THE EVIDENCE, THAT THE WHOLE COURT SYSTEM FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND SEE. WHY AND WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE GANGSTALKING ME AND WAS MY EX A INFORMANT. HE GOT AWAY FROM EVERYTHING HE EVEN PICKED UP ANOTHER DOMESTIC VOLENCE AND ANOTHER RESTRAINING ORDER ON 2 OTHER PEOPLE AFTER ME AND STILL GOT AWAY. THEY DROPED THE CHARGES. IN MY STRONG OPINION, WITH EVERYTHING STATED HERE BEING FACTS IS THAT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM FAILED ME. NO ONE DID THERE JOB TO PROTECT ME. IN STEAD MY LIFE WAS PUT IN DANGER AND MY CAREER WAS HINDERED. ALSO MY SON, I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM SINCE 2020 MY SON NEVER GOT IN TROUBLE HAD A CLEAN RECORD NEVER GOT ARRESTED. HE WAS GETTING INTO ALCOHOL HE IS A WEIGHT LIFTER HE GAINED 100 LBS OF MUSCLE SO HIM BEING 511 250 lbs HE COULD HANDLE HIS LIQUOR. HE TOLD ME HE WAITED 5 HOURS TO DRIVE. I BELIEVE MY SON WHEN HE SAID HE WAS NO LONGER BUZZED, HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO VEGAS AND A GUY FELL ASLEEP AND HIT MY SON. DEMOLISHED HIS VEHICLE, THE CARS FLIPPED OVER. EVERYONE WAS OK A COUPLE BROKEN BONES. THEY SAID MY SON WAS AT THE LIMIT OF THE ALCOHOL LEVEL. WITH A PAID LAWYER THEY GAVE MY SON 6 YEARS IN PRISON. THE DRIVER WHO HIT MY SON MILKED THE SYSTEM AND THEY MADE MONEY TO PAPER UP MY SON. THE LAWYER WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED CONFUSED AND UPSET TELLING ME HOW EVIL THE SYSTEM WAS AND OUT OF HER CAREER SHE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. MY SON HAD NO PRIORS.HIS LAWYER EVEN SAID THEY WERE JEALOUS OVER MY SONS CAR AND MAYBE THEY USED HIM AS AN EXAMPLE. BECAUSE HE WENT TO JAIL DURING COVID, THEY SAID QUARANTINE IN JAILS WAS 14 DAYS. WELL 2 MONTHS LATER I FINALLY HEARD FROM MY SON AND HE WAS IN A PANIC SAYING HE READ THE WHOLE BIBLE AND GOT BAPTIZED THAT THEY PUT HIM IN THE HOLE FOR 60 DAYS. TELLING HIM THAT WAS QUARANTINE. STILL TO THIS DAY I HAVEN’T SEEN MY SON BUT ONCE. THEY DENIED FOR ME TO SEE MY SON AND I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY. I DO NOT HAVE A BACKGROUND. HES BEEN IN THERE FOR YEARS NOW. TWO PEOPLE DIED IN THAT JAIL DURING A HOT SUMMER OF 110 DEGREES, THEY HAD THE AIR CONDITIONING OFF IN MY SONS CELL for OVER 2 WEEKS, CELL MATES WERE TRYING TO SAVE HIM GIVEN HIM CPR, THE GUARDS TOLD THEM TO STOP. THE MEDICS TOOK TO LONG TO COME AND THE GUY DIED FROM HEAT EXHAUSTION. THE OTHER ONE KILLED HIMSELF. THERE’S INNOCENT PEOPLE SUFFERING IN OUR JAIL’S FOR EITHER FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND BECAUSE THERE VOICE NOT BEING HEARD. ALSO INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESN’T LIKE THE FACT THAT I STAND UP FOR MYSELF. THE REAL CRIMINALS ARE OUT HERE SCOTT-FREE. THE FBI MAKES UP THIS PROGRAM TO PROTECT US FROM STALKERS, TERRORIST AND SICK PEOPLE THAT MURDER PEOPLE. INSTEAD THERE FUNDING IS GETTING THEM PAID TO GET RID OF GODS CHILDREN, I AINT NO MURDER, I AINT NO TERRORIST. I AINT A THREAT TO NO ONE I HELP PEOPLE. MY POWER COMES FROM GOD. NOT A GROUP OF PEOPLE NOT A WEPON. BUT YET THE ONES THAT MADE UP THIS THREAT GROUP ARE THE ONES THAT ARE HARASSING, STALKING AND TERRORIZING US. (Innocent people)

THESE OFFICIALS THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO RESPECT ,THAT IS SUPPOSED TO STAND UP FOR THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, YET THESE IMPORTANT PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT OUR SOCIETY ,YET  IN REALITY THEY ARE HURTING OUR SOCIETY, THEY ARE HURTING INNOCENT PEOPLE. WE HAVE TO STOP THIS. I WILL NOT GIVE UP, I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE HURT ME AND INNOCENT PEOPLE, EVEN IF YOU SEE ME STANDING BY MYSELF, KNOW IM NOT ALONE, GOD IS FIGHTING WITH ME, THAT’S ALL THE POWER ONE NEEDS AND THAT’S WHY I NEED MY VOICE HEARD BECAUSE I NEED TO PROTECT ALL INNOCENT PEOPLE, GODS PEOPLE AND LET MY STORY BE HEARD, HERE AND NOW AND ON CHANGE.ORG. WE NEED TO WAKE UP AND BE AWARE OF THESE HORRIBLE THINGS. THIS IS  HAPPENING. OUR GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPTED.WHAT IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU TODAY OR YOUR LOVED ONES TOMORROW, PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS TARGETING PROGRAM ALL TOGETHER, THERE IS NOW OVER 6 MILLION INNOCENT LIVES ON THE TARGET LIST AND 75 PERCENT OF PEOPLE DON'T EVEN NO. WHAT THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND IS THAT THEY ARE TAKING THAT AWAY FROM OTHERS BY NOT DOING THERE JOB. LETTING ONES VOICES NOT BE HEARD. NOT LOOKING AS ALL THE EVIDENCE. BRUSHING OFF REAL, TO LISTEN TO FAKE JUST TO LET MAKE THEIR JOBS EASIER.

HOW CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT. HOW COULD YOU NOT FOLLOW EVEN YOUR OWN LAWS CORRECTLY. HOW COULD YOU MAKE IT HARD FOR THE ONES IN DIOR NEED AND OVERLOOK EVERYTHING AND TAKE IT ALL AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO DON’T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.
