Last week the House Higher Education and Workforce Development committee held a hearing on HB 90 and HB 616, identical bills that will end the UM System monopoly and allow all public universities in Missouri to offer PhDs and other doctorates. They will likely vote on the bills this week. Which means we still have time to urge them to vote YES.
