As a fan of Meg Thee Stallion—her Weekend 1 set at Coachella was pure magic. She brought out Queen Latifah, Victoria Monét, and Ciara. She gave us history, energy, and joy. But just as she launched into her final song, everything changed.

She was told to wrap early through her in-ear monitors. Her mic got drowned out. And right in the middle of "Mamushi," her last song, the show ended.

Meanwhile, other artists went well over their set times—Jennie ran long, Junior H played extra songs, and a ton of artists started late. But Megan didn’t get that same grace.

She started a few minutes late due to tech issues and still powered through like the pro she is. She deserved two more minutes to close the show on her terms. So did her fans.

We’re asking Coachella to let Megan finish her set at Weekend 2. Run it back. Give her the ending she—and the Hotties—deserve.
