Recently, an ICB Chief Executive Officer was suspended pending investigation for their treatment of whistleblowers. Although newsworthy, this is not an isolated case, it reflects a system without independent oversight or enforced accountability. Until these protections exist, whistleblowers will continue to face retaliation, and patient safety will continue to be compromised.

Here’s how you can help strengthen the movement:
