There is some confusion as to the rules. However, it now seems that 300,000 petition signatures are required for this case to be taken up by both governments in London and Edinburgh. Many politicians are fully aware of Bob's plight so that will know what they need to do. I spent 3 days with Bob and Darkie last week and am totally satisfied that this is a 100% genuine case. The Care Inspectorate visited Burnfoot Hall last Thursday and Friday so the pressure is on Mead Medical. Unfortunately, the Care Inspectorate lack the power to enforce without government support. Please continue to share the petition via fb, e:mail and all social media sites to generate the 43,000 signatures still needed. With just 3 weeks to go before Mead Medical start eviction proceedings, time is running short. Their solicitors declined my request for a face-to-face meeting last Thursday and stated that their Clients still intend to proceed to Decree. Many thanks to all those who continue to show support in this very distressing case. I discovered whilst at Burnfoot Hall that Bob is just one of 12 Tenants there. So these are indications that Bob is not the last on their hit list !!
