We are Pet Respect a Hull Animal Charity and we are contacted every year with distraught pet owners and animal lovers about the awful impact fireworks have on our furry friends!  There are a lot of animal deaths due to the impact of fireworks.

If you care about the effect of fireworks on our animals please sign this petition and be their voice for change!

Fear in animals can cause death through shock, a stroke, a heart attack etc

Horses have been known to bolt and be involved in accidents.  Our wildlife is no different.

Many pet owners dread bonfire night, fireworks are heard in communities days before Nov 5th and days after, it can be a week of hell!!

Many owners have their pets on medication to try and lessen their fear and trauma.

It is purgatory watching a pet suffer, excessive shaking and panting.  Nothing you do comforts them or lessens their immense fear of the noise of fireworks.

Since the Millennium fireworks have become bigger and emit more noise!

Some sound like military pyrotechnics!

Many owners have lost their beloved pets due to fireworks and will be the first people to sign the petition, the organization we are now working with has a petition that is further on then ours so please log onto the following Facebook page and sign theirs.
