First of all, thank you to everyone who took part in signing this petition. Anyone that shared this petition, or even considered signing this petition.. Today is january 17th 2024...over 25 People have given their support by signing. And I just wanted to keep everyone Updated,  as soon as I get enough signatures, We're going to try to take this to the North Carolina General Assembly and make our vision a reality.  North Carolina has the reputation of being part of the "Bible belt" of the United States and in layman's terms,(conservative) We're just behind in times. Its time for North Carolina and our lawmakers, citizens and supporters, to Catch up to the rest of the country in 2024, again, thank you for the support and the time taken to support this cause. And hopefully soon you'll get another update on the current progress with not hundreds but tens of  thousands of signatures . I'm sure many people are scared to speak out on this topic. But in times like these, we have to stand up, speak up.
