We finally reached our set goal of 1,000 signatures! It took 11 months of hard work. Thank you all!

As it says in my lengthy headline, it's been 11 months since this petition first began being circulated. For a while nothing was being done, because I thought it best to wait until after all the holidays were well over with before continuing. Just a few seconds ago the 1,000th signature was signed, but let's not stop there. Keep sharing and gaining strength. We need Congress and all governing authorities to see how many of us truly are in favor of seeing simple, non-sexual nudity legalized so that those of us who truly desire to live our lives as naturists openly are not counted as criminals. Nudity is NOT a crime! In September of this year a rally is being held on the streets of New York City for this very purpose. This petition needs to double before then if possible so we can show that we are citizens whose rights are as valid as everyone else's. Thank you to all who signed and all who shared this petition.
