There are so many problems faced by LGBTQ community due to the non-legality/non-validity of Same sex marriage in India. 

   Even if, same sex marriages are possible in India, Bcoz of the non-legality *they(LGBTQ) won't get any privileges that, a legally married couples usually get from the Govt.*

-> Incase of buying a property, applying for a house loan or Owning of a property. 

[These are not possible for them, as their marriage is not valid in the eyes of law.]

-> If the partner is deceased, they won't get the right to inherit the property legally.

#Adoption (children) 

[The methods that a LGBT community people can get children are:- ]

•  Adoption
• Third-party reproduction
• Sperm Donor insemination
• In Vitro Fertilization, etc. 

(Legally, any of these methods are still difficult for LGBTQ parents) 

 * Even if they use any of these methods, if the marriage is not valid/legal, children won't be having any rights or ownership on their parent's property.

-> LGBT community people r facing a lot of discrimination from childhood till their life ending. These law discriminations r again increasing their sufferings. 

#According to the reported census :-

 -> 2.5 million - Homosexuals in India. 

 -> 4.8 million - Transgenders.

        (Only reported No:s) 

Obviously, there will be a lot of unreported no:s too.

#Milestones against HOMOPHOBIA :-

. 1990 - WHO declassifies Homosexuality as a mental disorder on May 17.

. 2004 - May 17 celebrated as International Day Against Homophobia & Biphobia.

   In INDIA Basic HUMAN RIGHTS are being denied. -->  By non- legalizing same sex marriage. 

#RESPONSIBLITY - Medical field & Medias. 

• 'Indian Forensic Medicine' book published on 2019 ;

        - Portraits Homosexuality as a Medical condition & as that should be treated. 

(Acknowledgement & lack of awareness about the community is leading to these type of miss assumptions.) 

Initiatives from a Country's Medical field on this community is very important. 

• Medias should not be portraiting them in an indecent manner. 
• Insted, they should try to teach & make people aware about LGBTQ. 

#What we need ¿

    ANTI DISCRIMINATION LAW. 

- Protection class --> Laws protecting the LGBTQ community people from discrimination. 

(As an affodamite was charged long ago ie; an yr ago, & no further clarifications are done) 

#LGBTQ people are also Humans and they also have the right to access all the privileges from the Govt. As of the Heterosexual community. 

DON'T DENY BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!!
