The NSW state election yesterday threw a huge hurdle up agains airsoft rifles and gel blasters. 

Gladys Berejiklian, and her party want to tighten the rules in NSW, not just trying to ban music festivals in NSW, but she has also suggested the banning of Nerf Guns. The foam kids toy allegedly resembles a weapon to closely and may be a threat.
