We have a small victory. The DOT came out and did a site survey and decided to lower the speed limit in front of the school from 45 mph to 35 mph. While this is a step in the right direction, we still need an actual school zone with a 20 mph limit during school start and dismissal times. This is essential to ensure the safety of our children!
