5 out of the 6 commissioners chose not to revisit their unlawful decision
I would like to thank you all for your added support, thank you to all the people who signed our petition, the ones who shared all of our posts and to the ones who attended the meeting on September 27, 2021. I also wanted to thank Commissioner Richard Legrand because he was the ONLY Commissioner who spoke up for us local trash companies and the ONLY one who wanted to take a step back to revisit their previous vote regarding the exclusivity agreement with Arrow Disposal which ultimately forces us small companies out of business.
Unfortunately, the remaining 5 Commissioners did not want to second Commissioner Legrand which ultimately sealed our fate.
Please continue to email and call each commissioner so that they can realize and see the impact their decision has made and will cause on my family and local community. We still have a fighting chance with your continued support!
