Thank you for supporting our petition to help close the gender wage gap with mandated paternity leave. Real change starts with just a small voice that gets amplified when others join in, until we're so loud that people in a position to act must take notice. We now have over 1,000 supporters and we've started to get some attention to the issue. The Detroit Free Press mentioned our petition in an article about paternity leave, and that article was picked up by several other press outlets. In addition, we've gotten some responses from the CEOs of leading companies, but it's not enough! To keep the conversation going and put more pressure on companies to actively address the gender wage gap, we need more signatures.
